Think Shelby Values Have Gotten Out of Hand?

500x_first_1964_ford_mustang

Historic Shelby Mustang and Cobra models have been shattering records at auction lately, but this ordinary Mustang may be the biggest surprise yet.  Reported to be the first ever produced-for-the-public Mustang, this Pony is commanding a $5.5 million price tag!  On eBay of all places.

It’s one thing to jump a car.  Being able to bunny-hop is an entirely different thing.  I think we should put hydros like this on Grin’s Jeep.

IFS on the Rubicon. Stock?

This isn’t usually the place for links to vehicle reviews or mainstream publications, but this article caught my eye.

According to this test from Fourwheeler, the 2010 Toyota Four Runner may be re-asserting itself as a viable trail rig, rather than going further down the 4×4 soccer mom path.

Apparently, the 2010 Runner was able to complete the Rubicon with only minor scrapes and no mechanical or drivetrain damage.  Impressive.
