I hate to glorify a JK, but I have to admit I was taken by this one.  White Rubi with external reservoir Fox coilovers.  Nice.

Not exactly off road,  but very cool. This 1933 Olympic resides in the Tucson airport, serving as an advertisement for the Franklin Auto Museum.  Prior to seeing this, I did not know there was such a thing as an Olympic, or a Franklin Auto Company.  Proof that you can learn something new every day.
