Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series is underway for the season.  If you haven’t caught this on TV yet, make it a priority.  You can follow highlights like this on YouTube as well.  Very entertaining.  You NASCAR haters may even enjoy this.

This is definitely worth viewing.  Not the most spectacular rally footage, but well produced and without a soundtrack.  Hearing the sounds of the car/driver action adds considerably to the experience.

Just thought you’d like to know…

Historic Shelby Mustang and Cobra models have been shattering records at auction lately, but this ordinary Mustang may be the biggest surprise yet.  Reported to be the first ever produced-for-the-public Mustang, this Pony is commanding a $5.5 million price tag!  On eBay of all places.

I think I’ll just keep looking for a nice Mach I.

After much hoopla, speculation, and various artist renderings, the NASCAR Ford Mustang has been officially unveiled.  Exciting news for fans of the Mustang and Ford Racing.

The #16 ride above is the work of Roush Racing (of course) and will be piloted by Colin Braun in the Nationwide series next season.  Official press release here.
